My name is Mica Rodriguez. I began my professional journey in Argentina as a kinesiologist fascinated by the body and its ability to heal and grow through movement. This passion led me to Pilates and yoga, and eventually to explore the deeper connection between the body, emotions, and the way we experience life.

My own healing journey introduced me to breathwork, meditation, intimacy, and coaching. As I began looking inward, I became more aware of the patterns, beliefs, and self-judgment that had shaped my life. I realized how often I lived in my head, disconnected from my body, my desires, and the simple joy of being myself.

Learning to slow down, listen to my body, and trust myself more deeply changed the way I relate to myself and others. It also shaped the work I feel called to share with others.

Today, I live in the United States, where I teach yoga and Pilates, work with people through online coaching, and create workshops and educational experiences. My background in kinesiology, together with my personal journey, allows me to bring science, movement, and holistic practices together in a way that feels practical and meaningful.

This is what inspired me to create Ora Sanctuary: a space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and explore new ways of living, relating, and caring for our well-being.

I’m especially passionate about supporting women who spend so much time caring for others that they lose touch with their own needs and desires. Through coaching and body-based practices, I help people navigate life's challenges, build self-trust, and create more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

My own journey continues, and so does my curiosity about what it means to live with more presence, connection, and freedom.

Ora Sanctuary is a reflection of my journey and an invitation to explore your own.
